Villa Belvedere - Porto Frailis

Belvedere Villa is an exclusive holiday house located in a residential place, at 300 metres from the beach of Porto Frailis in the locality of Arbatax-Tortolì, Ogliastra. The area is characterized of natural and unique landscapes, long and white beaches, cliffs modelled by the wind and hidden inlets. This area of Eastern Sardinia also has an important mountain area to be discovered, the Supramonte.

Location

Tortolì-Arbatax is a well-known tourist centre of Ogliastra, in the eastern part of Sardinia. The port and airport are at approx 3 km. Olbia is at 167 km and Porto Torres at 203 km.

House

The house has three floors. On the basement there are the garage, the laundry and a country kitchen with fireplace; on the ground floor there is a spacious dining room with fire place, covered veranda, kitchen, 1 double room with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub; on the first floor there is 1 double room, 1 wc and terrace. The villa is provided with all type of household appliances such as colour TV, dishwasher, freezer, oven and washing machine.

Parking, bed and bath linen upon payment; heating upon payment and consumption. In Tortolì all of the necessary services for a pleasurable stay.

The villa has an equipped kitchen.
