Le Pergole - Porto Frailis

Very recently built, this 2 apartments are 300 mts  from the beach of Porto Frailis away. They  develop on 2 levels, one is set on the ground floor and the other one on the first. They are carefully furnished and fully fitted out with: washing mashine, color tv, heating, parking . Both are tastefully furnished and consist of: living room with kitchenette, equipped veranda, double bedroom, twin beds bedroom, shower bathroom.

Sleeps: 4 ( added beds available incase of need)
Distance from the beach: about 300 mts.

Bathrooms: 1 with shower.

The rate does not include:

Consumption:

To be paid on site at arrival, it includes: water, electricity, gas and bed linen, and costs 25 € per person per week. Children up to 11 yrs pay 10 €.

Final cleaning (kitchenette excluded, to be left cleaned by the guest):

45 €uro

Deposite safe:

150 € compulsory, to be delivered at arrivaland to be given back at departure excepting balance's case.

Extra charges to be paid on site:

To be requested at booking time

Towels bath change:

7 € per person per week;

Added bed:

50 € per week each

Cradle:

10 € per week each

Air conditioning:

To be paid according to the amount consumed (€0.50 per kw)

Pets:

Small sizes allowed: 50 € to be paid on site for extra cleaning. To be indicated at booking time.
