A lovely holiday house refurbished in 2004. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, trees and a vineyard is in the outskirts of Alghero, also known as the Coral Riviera, where it is possible to fish red coral, one the most valuable in the world.

The house is approx. 6 km from the city centre, 28 km from Fertilia airport and approx 44 km from Porto Torres. La Speranza beach is just 5 minutes by car.

The Trò cliffs and a charming little beach are 300 m from the house.
