Holiday House Kala e Moru

Kal'e Moru is a renowned seaside locality Quartu Sant'Elena, one of the widest municipalities of Sardinia able to offer a unique and varied landscape at only a few kilometres from Cagliari, on the South East coast. The shore extends for approx 26 km and is characterized by white sandy beaches interrupted by high rocky cliffs. The other side is characterised by a mountainous landscape. The complex is located directly on the sea and consists of semi-detached villas that gradually go down toward the beach.

Location

Kala e Moru is located in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena. It is at about 35 km from Cagliari, 126 km from Arbatax and about 280 km from Olbia.

House

The apartments are furnished in a functional way according to the taste of each individual owner, all with private entrance and porch may be on the ground floor or first floor, sometimes with garden. There are different types: Two room 2 beds:

It consists of lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility of adding a third bed.

Two room 4 beds:

It consists of lounge with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Three room 5 / 6 beds:

It consists of lounge with kitchenette, double or single sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (two beds or bunk beds), bathroom.

Four room 6 places:

It consists of lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (two beds or bunk beds), bathroom. Possibility of additional bed.

Distance to the beach: from 100/600 meters.

Amenities

TV, parking, reception and customer service, kiosk / bar at the beach with sunbeds and sun umbrellas rental. In the area (up to 4 km), bars, tobacco, newspapers, restaurant, pizzeria, market, farmhouse.

Cooking&Eating

The houses have an equipped kitchenette.
