Tenuta Pilastru Albergo Rurale

The Tenuta Pilastru consists of a central part denominated "Lu Pastrucciali" with the reception, lounge, chimney and some rooms. In the same property, similarly to the "Stazzo Gallurese", the other rooms are spread on the same level, assembled into small houses, at a maximum distance of 80 meters from "Lu Pastrucciali". The names of Sardinian plants have been given to these dwellings. The path leads to Olive, Lentisk, Juniper, Myrtle, Oak. The rooms are exquisitely furnished in country style with natural materials such as terracotta, wood, cotton and fine fabrics. On a separate building surrounded by the characteristic granite "conche", the restaurant offers a wide selection of typical dishes from the Gallurese cuisine, warranting the genuineness of the house wine and meat, and the freshness of the pasta, made and prepared following the traditional local recipes.
