I Vigneti

I Vigneti è is a biological farm situated in a uncontaminated countryside where silence and nature reign. A sense of total relaxation is an inevitable consequence for those who decide to go in it. This country property spreads for 10 hectares and is an ideal land to yield high quality fruits and vegetables. The tastiness of its products depends not only on the unmistakable flavour and good smell but also on the biological agriculture that makes them a healthy choice. It is possible to buy them directly on site. The farm produces grapes for "doc" wine, fruits, vegetables and rears swine and chickens. The rooms were built with biological building materials.

Location

The farm house is located in the locality of Santa Caterina da Olmedo. It is of simple access from the ports and airports of the island: from Alghero, on the 4 km of the road Alghero-Porto Torres right after the vineyard Sella & Mosca turn right and follow the signs. From Porto Torres: on the state road Porto Torres – Alghero right after the vineyard Sella & Mosca turn left and follow the signs. From Sassari: reach Olmedo, via Bonassai, before the fountain turn right and follow the signs.

Bedroom

The farm has comfortable rooms with independent entrance, air conditioning, bathroom and a veranda with view onto a meadow.

Restaurant

Our kitchen is a long tell story from old times, a way of going back on time, to the origin of the dishes that have remained just like before, for the pleasure of the gourmets. Just like in other places that have not gone through drastic changes, the dishes have remained and reflect the nature of the territory. That is why flavour are usually rough, strong and at the same time gentle. They are authentic, full of perfumes and substance, just like the surrounding territories, caracterized by sweet and sharp rocks and wide valleys. The simple recipes and delicious dishes from Sardinian tradition bring to the table the production of the earth.
