B&B Uta

Bed & Breakfast Uta is the ideal structure for those who want a vacation in total privacy, peace and relax without giving up to comfort. The B&B is surrounded by a garden that gives the guests the chance to enjoy the live colours of flowers and trees while having breakfast or sunbathing during sunny days.

Location

The structure is in the south Sardinia, at approx 18 km from Cagliari and 13 km from Cagliari airport. Its location allows to enjoy the archaeological site of Nora and the beautiful beaches of Nora (Pula, at about 28 km), Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia and Capo Spartivento (at about 30-50 km).

Bedrooms

On the first floor, divided by two separate entrances, there are most part of the rooms for the guests, in the yellow and green area. Each area disposes of one double bedroom, one double bedroom with an additional bed and a twin room. There are three types of bedrooms:
Standard Room: with TV 14", minibar, air conditioning, shared bathroom
Superior Room: with TV 20", minibar, air conditioning and private bathroom
Junior Suite Room: with TV 21" flat screen, minibar, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower/bathtub.

Amenities

The structure has private parking, air conditioning and heating, upon payment it is possible to enjoy laundry and transfer services.

Restaurant

During winter breakfast is served in the room on the ground floor, while during summer in the open air under the gazebo. The breakfast includes: tea, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juice, break, butter and jam. Upon request: yoghurt, salami and cheese.
