THE GUESTS MUST CALL THE RECEPTION OFFICE BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL TO AGREE ON THE ARRIVAL TIME.
Cleaning service is provided every 3 days while linen and towels are changed one a week.

For stays of one night only 2.5 euro per night will be charged.

Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 15 days before the date of arrival;
18 % from 14 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Sardegne.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
