B&B Stazzo Chivoni

B&B Stazzo Chivoni is set deep among fields, oak woods and Mediterranean maquis (myrtle, strawberry tree, cistus and lentisk). Far from the noise but at only 15/20 kilometres (20 minutes by car) from the most beautiful beaches (Vignola, Reina Majore, S.Teresa, Porto Pollo, Palau, Costa Smeralda) it is an ideal place for trekking through historical and naturalistic paths. It is situated at 20 minutes from the National Park of the Archipelago of La Maddalena. It has been built in granite and it is a rural building of 100 m2 which dates back to the early XIX century. The house has been recently rebuilt respecting the original materials: the granite for the walling and the wood of juniper for the roof. The ceiling is also original with the "incannicciato", such as the fireplace in the living room and the walls. Inside the house is well decorated. The building is situated inside a garden of 2.000 m2 with fruit trees and a vegetable garden.

Location

The structure is located in Luogosanto at approx 45 km from the airport of Olbia and 126 from the airport of Alghero-Fertilia.

Bedrooms

3 double bedrooms or twin bedrooms. One of them has private bathroom and the other two a share bathroom.

The structure has parking, heating (only in the room with private bathroom) and offers 24 reception service and mountain bikes use, laundry service upon payment, newspapers service, transfer to the Olbia/Alghero/Porto Torres and guide trekking.
