Positive aspects: the owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had character.

Negative aspects: Was difficult to find - thank goodness for Sat nav!! unpleasant smell in the street. limi ted facilities to eat in the evening - one pizza restaurant (which was very nice with very good food and reasonable prices).
